Project Brief
Our clients approached us to replace a small, red brick Victorian farmhouse with a new 5 bedroom family home, including a separate double garage with guest accommodation over. With a great deal of skill and effort, we were able to reuse much of the materials from the original property, together with new materials to achieve a high level build specification. An impressive oak glazed feature gable allows the property to take advantage of the views of breathtaking countryside.
Our clients were keen to use renewable energy and we built their home to the highest possible energy standards. The amount of land that our clients own which surrounds the property naturally lent itself to the installation of a ground source energy supply
