Project Brief
We worked with our long standing clients from the point of concept on this three bedroom stone and brick new house project. They were fortunate enough to have enough land surrounding their family home to successfully apply for planning permission to build a new home for their retirement in the grounds. The project included extensive groundworks and landscaping, initially, in order to prepare the site which was in on elevated ground and create new access to both their existing property and the new home. Regular weekly meetings, fuelled by delicious cheese toasties provided by our very accommodating clients, lent itself to a relaxed and enjoyable build process for all concerned, finishing on target and ready for our clients to enjoy the start of Spring in their wonderful new home.
