Project Brief
Our team worked with the Clients and and their Architect from the beginning of this project to fully understand their vision and assist them through the planning process of this beautiful 7-bedroom family home. As we understood the Clients’ objectives from the outset, we were adaptable to any changes in design as and when they arose, including the design of the staircase, adding laundry shoots and incorporating the roof area as living space. We had regular meetings with the clients which helped to address these changes with minimal fuss and we were still able to meet the build deadline.
The house is built in a classic design using traditional materials. By using local stone and other local materials we were also able to employ the services of local businesses and keep transport emissions to a minimum. The house is sympathetic to the surrounding area, and the design, along with the use of natural local materials, give the impression that the house has been there for centuries’
