PROJECT BRIEF
Our clients approached us at the very start of their project. They had purchased a very small plot of land at the edge of a village and wanted to use it in the most efficient way possible. We provided them with architectural support and helped them through the planning process. The site was complicated because we had to work the positioning of the house and the landscaping around an existing garage which belonged to a neighbour.
The end result was a partly thatched three bedroom cottage full of character, with a well appointed ground floor, and a deceptively spacious first floor.
