This beautiful building hadn’t been updated since the 1980s. The electrics, plumbing and heating systems were all renewed. The ground floor rooms mainly needed updating decoratively, and we restored the parquet flooring which was hidden under the carpets.
We started work on the second floor in Phase I so that our clients were able to move up there while we tackled Phase II which was a considerable reconfiguration of the original layout and including new openings.
The end result is a truly elegant and relaxed space.
